Influencer Alorah Ziva, legally known as Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, has officially filed a lawsuit against the controversial streamer Braden Peters, widely recognized by his online alias Clavicular. The legal filing details a series of grave allegations concerning events that reportedly transpired in May 2025.

According to the complaint, Mendoza alleges that Peters performed an unauthorized injection of the fat-dissolving substance Aqualyx into her face during a live broadcast. She further claims that the streamer engaged in non-consensual sexual activity while she was both underage and in a state of diminished capacity due to inebriation.

The lawsuit also highlights accusations of fraud, asserting that Peters manipulated Mendoza by promising to elevate her status as the primary female representative of the looksmaxxing community. Looksmaxxing is a niche internet subculture focused on extreme physical appearance enhancement, a field in which Clavicular has built a significant, albeit polarizing, following.

Mendoza is seeking damages of at least $50,000 as part of the ongoing legal action. The filing suggests that the power dynamics within the influencer sphere were exploited to facilitate these alleged abuses.

In response to the filing, legal representatives for Clavicular have issued a firm denial of all claims presented in the lawsuit. They characterized the allegations as unproven and stated that their client intends to defend himself vigorously throughout the judicial process.

Clavicular has long been a figure of intense scrutiny within the streaming industry. His career has been marked by a history of platform bans, including multiple YouTube channel terminations, as well as documented run-ins with law enforcement and a highly publicized on-stream medical emergency.

This case brings renewed attention to the lack of oversight regarding the conduct of prominent content creators. As the legal battle unfolds, observers are questioning the safety standards and ethical boundaries governing the influencer economy. The court will now be tasked with evaluating the evidence provided by both parties to determine the validity of these serious charges. The outcome of this litigation could have significant implications for how streaming platforms manage creator behavior and accountability moving forward.
