Rapper Ice Spice is having a rough week that has nothing to do with the charts.
The "Deli" star was caught on camera in a violent physical altercation inside a Hollywood McDonald’s early Wednesday morning.
Security footage obtained by TMZ shows the rapper sitting in a booth when a fan, identified as Vayah, approached and allegedly tried to force her way into the seating area.
The situation turned "grim" fast.
After being told to leave, Vayah allegedly struck the rapper, sparking a chaotic scuffle that saw Ice Spice leaping over tables in pursuit of her attacker.
The fight spilled into the parking lot, where Ice Spice reportedly smashed a phone belonging to the fan’s group before a second physical scuffle broke out as they crossed the street.
Ice Spice’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, confirmed the incident has been reported to the LAPD.
Cohen stated they intend to pursue both criminal and civil action against the attackers and are even exploring a lawsuit against McDonald's for "insufficient security."
Vayah, meanwhile, claims she was just "showing love" and only swung after Ice Spice called her a profane name.
As if a fast-food brawl wasn't enough, the rapper is also drowning in a $400,000 legal war over wigs.
Thee Bella Brand sued Ice Spice on April 14, 2026, claiming she stiffed them on a $20,000 order for 25 custom pieces for her Y2K! tour.
The brand is now seeking nearly half a million dollars in damages, claiming the rapper trashed their reputation on social media.
Ice Spice’s team has dismissed the suit as "overly dramatic" and a simple breach of contract, but with a deposition scheduled for late April, this drama is far from snatched.
