Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stunned the world on Friday, April 24, 2026, by revealing he was diagnosed with and treated for prostate cancer in total secrecy.

The 76-year-old leader admitted he intentionally hid the diagnosis for two months to prevent the Iranian regime from using his health as a psychological weapon during the height of the Iran-Israel war.

The bombshell came alongside his annual medical report, which was delayed by two months on Netanyahu's personal orders.

According to the Prime Minister, doctors discovered a "tiny spot" less than a centimeter in size during a routine follow-up.

The growth was identified as a very early-stage malignant tumor with zero spread or metastasis.

Netanyahu chose to undergo targeted radiation therapy at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem immediately rather than opting for "active surveillance."

He described the process with his signature grit: "I went in for a few short treatments, read a book, and continued working."

His medical team, led by Prof. Aron Popovtzer, confirmed today that the treatment was a total success and the "disease has disappeared."

The reveal explains why Netanyahu was so aggressive in debunking Iranian state media rumors in March that claimed he was incapacitated or dead.

By revealing the truth now, while a fragile wartime ceasefire holds and negotiations continue in Pakistan, Netanyahu is projecting an image of total recovery.

"Thank God, I beat this, too," he wrote on X, assuring the public he remains in "excellent physical condition" to lead the nation
