11,824 SNATCHED IN ICE 805 SWEEP, OXNARD REELING AS 157 DISAPPEAR IN ONE WEEK!

Oxnard is in a state of shock following a "dark week" where a resident alleged that 157 residents have gone missing as part of a massive sweep across the 805 area code.
During a recent city council forum, the resident claimed that families are shattered as the "taken" count in Ventura County allegedly climbs to 889, paralyzed with fear over who will be next to vanish from the streets.
The resident further stated that the larger sweep has reportedly reached a staggering 1,824 people across the region.
While these allegations have sparked intense concern on social media, factual data from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office and the California Department of Justice do not support the claim of a "massive sweep" or a sudden surge of nearly 900 missing persons in the county.
According to the California Attorney General’s latest missing persons statistics, while California does average approximately 20,000 active cases statewide at any given time, these numbers include long-term cold cases and individuals who have voluntarily gone missing.
Law enforcement officials in Oxnard have not reported any spike in disappearances that would align with a figure as high as 157 in a single week.
Community advocates suggest that these alleged numbers may be a misunderstanding or a conflation of historical data and active cases, though the fear within the community remains palpable.
The City Council has taken the testimony under review, but no official police investigation into a "mass sweep" has been opened at this time.
Families are urged to rely on official missing persons bulletins and to report any verified disappearances directly to the Oxnard Police Department.
