"It Ends With Us" star Justin Baldoni has moved his primary residence from California to Nashville, Tennessee. Property records show the actor recently purchased a $3.4 million home in Music City.

With the move, Baldoni has placed his lavish Ojai-area estate on the rental market. The property, known as Moon Mountain Villa, is currently offered for $40,000 per month.

The resort-style retreat sits on 12 private acres near Santa Paula. It features an infinity pool, a cold plunge, a sauna, and a private pickleball court.

The main residence spans 5,400 square feet and offers views of the Topa Topa Mountains. It also includes guest accommodations such as a separate dome house and a guest suite.

Baldoni originally purchased the mountain compound in 2020 for $2.12 million. He still maintains a smaller farmhouse in Los Angeles that he bought back in 2017.

The move comes as Baldoni faces significant legal pressure related to his recent film work. Unsealed court filings have revealed tense exchanges between him and co-star Blake Lively.

The legal drama includes leaked messages from studio executives and other celebrities. Despite the courtroom battle, Baldoni was recently seen vacationing with his family in Costa Rica.

While he is spending more time in Tennessee, Baldoni has not fully cut ties with the West Coast. However, the listing of his Ojai villa suggests a significant shift in his real estate holdings.
