Arizona School Board Unanimously Fires Teacher Haley Beck Amid Misconduct Allegations

The Peoria Unified School District Governing Board voted unanimously to terminate the employment of teacher Haley Beck following allegations of an improper sexual relationship with a student. Beck, 27, is the sister of TikTok personality and Baywatch reboot star Noah Beck. The board’s decision follows a lengthy investigation into her conduct as a psychology and sociology teacher.

Authorities allege that Beck and another teacher, 47-year-old Angela Burlaka, were involved with the same student during the same period. Rumors regarding the relationships had reportedly circulated within the school for several months. The investigation was initiated after the victim’s grandmother discovered a disturbing video involving Burlaka on the student’s phone. Upon reporting the footage to authorities, the student’s mother disclosed her knowledge of a second relationship involving Beck.

Detectives believe Beck began grooming the victim during his sophomore and junior years. During this time, she allegedly provided him with access to her vehicle and purchased gifts, food, alcohol, and drugs. Court documents reveal text messages allegedly sent by Beck to the student. In one exchange, Beck reportedly noted that while their situation was not right, she preferred it to the student's involvement with Burlaka because they were closer in age.

Evidence also suggests Beck provided the student with more than $600. In text messages, she allegedly referred to herself as a sugar momma and compared the financial nature of the relationship to straight prostitution. While Burlaka chose to voluntarily surrender her Arizona teaching certification, Beck reportedly refused. This refusal necessitated the formal vote by the school board to finalize her termination.
