Chirayu Rana has officially refiled his sexual abuse lawsuit against JPMorgan executive Lorna Hajdini. The updated legal filing introduces testimony from two anonymous witnesses who claim to have observed troubling interactions between the parties.

One witness, a family friend of Rana, provided a detailed account of an incident involving Hajdini. The witness alleges that Hajdini appeared naked in a shared living space and attempted to coerce the witness into joining a sexual encounter.

According to the filing, the witness heard Rana repeatedly pleading with Hajdini to stop the behavior and leave the premises. The witness also reported observing Hajdini acting inappropriately toward Rana during a public concert at the Barclays Center in September 2024.

A second anonymous witness, who owns the apartment building where the events allegedly occurred, provided additional context. This individual claims to have seen Hajdini kissing Rana’s neck in public during the summer of 2024.

Rana, a former JPMorgan banker who now works at a different firm, initially filed the lawsuit alleging that Hajdini used substances like Rohypnol and Viagra to facilitate sexual acts. He also claimed that Hajdini leveraged his professional bonus to ensure his compliance.

JPMorgan Chase has previously denied these allegations, stating that an internal investigation found no evidence to support the claims. The bank has characterized the lawsuit as a fabrication intended to damage the reputation of its executive.

The legal situation has become increasingly complex following reports regarding Rana’s personal history. Recent investigations revealed that Rana took extended paid bereavement leave in 2024 after claiming his father had passed away, despite his father being alive.

The refiling of the lawsuit follows a brief period where the case was withdrawn after gaining significant viral attention.
