A Texas judge speaking harshly to a courtroom IT worker has gained millions of views on social media. The incident took place during a recorded court session on March 31, 2026.

Judge Nathan J. Milliron of the 215th Civil District Court in Harris County is seen in the footage. The 42-second clip was shared by the media outlet Brut America.

The hearing was experiencing technical difficulties with its Zoom audio connection. Judge Milliron called for technical assistance to resolve the sound issues before continuing with the legal proceedings.

The IT worker arrived and checked the system. After a brief inspection, he informed the court that the audio was working again. He described the incident as a false alarm.

Judge Milliron appeared frustrated by the remark. He corrected the staff member by stating the issue was a false negative rather than a false alarm.

The judge told the worker not to joke around and stated that he was serious about the matter. Once the audio fix was confirmed, the judge ordered the man to leave the area.

"Sir, we're good. Thank you. Get out of my courtroom!" the judge said in the video. He then asked other staff members to find the worker's supervisor.

He expressed that he was sick and tired of the situation. The video has sparked a wide range of reactions online regarding the treatment of support staff in professional environments.

Critics of the judge suggest his response was unnecessarily rude given that the worker successfully fixed the malfunction. Others argue that judges must maintain strict control and decorum during active court sessions.

The Harris County court system has not yet released a formal statement regarding the viral interaction. Judge Milliron has also not commented publicly on the footage as of Wednesday afternoon.
