Trump Blames Biden For Allowing Haitian Migrant To Enter U.S., Accused Of Hammering Florida Mother To Death

The border debate has turned bloody in Fort Myers.
President Donald Trump has ignited a firestorm by sharing an uncensored, 20-second clip of a "barbaric" murder to his Truth Social account, using the footage to hammer home his administration’s mass deportation agenda.
The suspect, Rolbert Joachin, 40, allegedly bludgeoned a 51-year-old gas station clerk to death with a hammer in broad daylight on April 3, 2026.
Surveillance footage shows Joachin smashing a car windshield before turning his rage on the mother of two, striking her in the face and continuing the assault as she lay prone on the sidewalk.
According to the Department of Homeland Security, Joachin is a Haitian national who entered the U.S. in 2022 and was granted Temporary Protected Status by the previous administration, despite a prior order of removal.
"Never forget that Joe Biden and the Democrat Party turned the United States of America into a dumping ground," Trump seethed in his Thursday night post.
He labeled Joachin an "animal" and argued the killing is proof that "radical judges" must stop blocking his efforts to terminate protected status programs.
While the victim’s name is being withheld under Marsy’s Law, members of the local Bangladeshi community have identified her as a devoted mother and a pillar of their faith.
Joachin is currently being held without bond in Lee County on charges of second-degree murder and criminal mischief.
ICE has already lodged a detainer, ensuring that whether he is convicted or not, his time in the U.S. has reached a violent end.
