A routine fast-food run in Long Beach, California, exploded into a viral confrontation this week after a group of women launched a verbal assault on employees, using racial slurs and threatening to call ICE.
The incident, captured by an employee’s phone, has sparked mass fury online as the latest example of "customer service" turning into a hate-fueled scene.
According to the employee who filmed the encounter, the tension began at the drive-thru speaker when the group of women reportedly spoke over each other, making the order impossible to understand.
When the staff asked for clarification, the situation spiraled. The women allegedly began screaming that the workers “weren’t paying attention” and that “we work for them.”
The confrontation reached a boiling point at the pickup window.
The women reportedly called the staff “dirty Mexicans” and threatened to have the entire crew deported.
"This, of course, caught me off guard, which is why I pulled my phone out," the employee said, starting the video with a defiant: “Oh, you wanna be racist b, I’ll post you.”*
The video shows the women demanding the employees' personal information while accusing a worker of flipping them off, a claim the staff denies.
As the footage circulates across social platforms in April 2026, the community is calling for the women to be identified, while the employees are being praised for standing their ground against the "ICE threat" rhetoric.
