A World Cup party ended in terror when gunfire hit a woman and child
Four people were shot in East Los Angeles on Sunday night after Mexico lost its soccer match.
Families gathered to share the passion of a major soccer game. Instead, they ended up running for their lives as bullets flew into a crowd.

Fans of the Mexican national team gathered at Whittier Boulevard and Leonard Avenue in East Los Angeles. They came together after Mexico lost 3-2 to England in the World Cup.
Around 9:30 p.m., an argument broke out. Someone pulled out a gun and started shooting. The shooter hit two people involved in the fight and two innocent people nearby.
The two innocent people were a woman and a young boy. They ran to nearby streets to find help. Police first thought there were multiple shootings, but they later found out it was all from one single attack.
