Police say 42-year-old Marina Kazakova took the child from Hayward, a city in the Bay Area. She was last seen driving a white 2016 Mazda CX-5 with the California license plate YSJW989.

The search covers four major counties. These are Alameda, San Joaquin, Kern, and Los Angeles.
