Olivia Henderson, a former DoorDash driver who gained notoriety after posting a viral video of a customer, has officially entered a plea of not guilty. The legal proceedings follow felony charges related to an incident that occurred during a contactless delivery in New York.
The controversy began in October when Henderson uploaded footage showing a customer asleep inside his residence. The video, shared on her TikTok account, sparked an immediate and intense debate regarding the boundaries of privacy and workplace safety.
Police reports indicate that Henderson initially contacted emergency services to report a case of public lewdness. However, responding officers determined that no crime had been committed, as the customer was in the privacy of his own home without intent to expose himself.
