A Houston DoorDash driver was hit by a fleeing suspect on July 8 but finished her drop-off before she drove away.

On July 8, a driver pulled up to a Houston home to drop off some food. She heard police sirens in the distance and started to get out of her car.

Suddenly, a car fleeing from the police slammed into her and her vehicle. The driver said she thought the oncoming car would turn, but it hit her instead.

The suspect got out of his car and ran. While police chased him on foot, the driver calmly walked to the front porch, dropped off the food, and drove away.
