Musk Offers To Pay Defense Fees Of Anyone Who ‘Speaks Out’ About Epstein And Is Sued

Elon Musk announced on February 9, 2026, that he will cover the legal defense fees for anyone who is sued for "speaking the truth" about Jeffrey Epstein.

This offer came after a Super Bowl Sunday ad featuring Epstein's survivors was released by the group World Without Exploitation.

The ad called on Attorney General Pam Bondi to release the remaining 3 million government files related to the case.

The pledge arrives as Musk faces renewed scrutiny over newly released emails from 2012 and 2013 that show more frequent contact with Epstein than he previously admitted.

In those messages, Musk asked Epstein about the "wildest party" on his island and expressed interest in attending holiday events in St. Barts.

Other files from the recent 3-million-page dump include a 2015 dinner photo showing Musk with Mark Zuckerberg, which Epstein had emailed to himself.

This week also marks a turning point in the investigation as members of Congress began reviewing unredacted versions of the files in a secure room at the Justice Department.

Lawmakers like Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie are looking for names of high-profile associates that were previously "blacked out" in public releases.

Meanwhile, the fallout has spread internationally, with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer facing political pressure over his staff's past connections to figures mentioned in the documents.
