Teacher Who Wore Trump Maga Hat At Wedding Charged With S*xually Ab*sing Her Own 5-Year-Old Daughter

An Ellis County grand jury has formally indicted former Midlothian Independent School District substitute teacher Madison Paige Jones, 30, on 19 criminal counts related to the sexual abuse of a child. The indictment, handed down earlier this month, follows a multi-agency investigation that began in late 2025.

Jones, who previously gained social media attention for wearing a hat supporting President Donald Trump at her wedding, was arrested alongside her boyfriend, 37-year-old Zackery Dondlinger. Dondlinger faces 20 felony counts, including 13 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

The charges against Jones include aggravated sexual assault of a child, possession of child pornography, and indecency with a child involving sexual contact. Authorities confirmed that the investigation involved Jones’s 5-year-old daughter as a primary victim.

Evidence outlined in arrest warrants includes explicit images and videos allegedly shared between the couple via Snapchat. Messages discovered by investigators reportedly revealed Dondlinger’s explicit fantasies involving the child and Jones’s alleged compliance in recording the abuse at his direction.

Midlothian ISD officials confirmed that Jones was employed as a substitute for only four days over the past year. Her assignments included one day at Heritage High School and three days at Baxter Elementary School before her termination in December.

District representatives emphasized that the alleged offenses did not occur on school property and did not involve any district students. The district stated that its employee monitoring system flagged the criminal history immediately, allowing for rapid notification of the Texas Education Agency.

Following the recent indictments, a judge dramatically increased the bail amounts for both suspects. Dondlinger’s bond is currently set at $5 million, while Jones is being held at the Wayne McCollum Detention Center on a $3.84 million bond.

The investigation remains active as the Ellis County District Attorney’s Office prepares for trial. Legal experts suggest the severity of the charges, which carry potential life sentences, underscores the gravity of the digital and physical evidence recovered by detectives.
